AfroPunk has announced the lineups for its Atlanta and Brooklyn shows. Fans in the south will be treated to musical acts like N.E.R.D, Wicked Wisdom, Noname and The Internet. Fans in Brooklyn will get to see Erykah Badu, Janelle Monae, Miguel, and Tyler the Creator hit the stage. (AfroPunk)

Trump’s popularity has somehow gotten a boost. The former reality star’s approval rating is up seven points, resting at 42 percent. Still, the 45th president of the United States has the lowest approval rating of any modern president at this stage in their term. (CNN)

The “hot felon” who found fame after his mugshot went viral in 2014 is expecting a child with TopShop heiress Chloe Green. Jeremy Meeks and Green were first spotted together in June 2017 with Meeks’ then-wife filing for divorce that same month. This is the second child for Meeks, who has a son with his ex-wife. Amia Tyrae Berryman has become the seventh transgender woman murdered in the U.S. Berryman died after being shot multiple times outside a motel in Baton Rouge. There are no suspects at this time. (NewNowNext)

A man claiming to be Al Sharpton’s half-brother was arrested over the weekend and charged with capital murder after 23-year-old Breunia Jennings was found dead from a gunshot wound. Kenneth Glasgow, who claims to be Sharpton’s half-brother, and Jamie Townes were arrested Sunday night.
