'DWTS' Winner Hines Ward Arrested for DUI

Hines gets busted for DUI, but denies he was drinking.

“Dancing with the Stars” champion champion Hines Ward is in the news again, but not for the right reasons. The Pittsburgh Steelers player was arrested and taken into custody this weekend on suspicion of drunk driving, reports TMZ.

Police reportedly spotted Ward swerving in and out of lanes behind the wheel of his Aston Martin. Ward didn’t pass the sobriety test.

His manager issued a statement denying he was intoxicated. “Hines is deeply saddened by this incident and apologizes to his fans and the Steelers organization for this distraction.”
