Jan Adams, the plastic surgeon who operated on Kanye West’s mother, the late Donda West, has given up his medical license, according to the Associated Press. Candis Cohen, a spokeswoman for the California Medical Board says, “a series of complaints were filed against Mr. Adams, but he chose to surrender his license instead of contest them.” —JW
