Lamar Odom is not likely to face drug charges for the incident that left him unconscious in a Las Vegas brothel, Inquisitir reports.

Lamar Odom Reportedly Used Cocaine Leading Up to Hospitalization

After being found in the Bunny Ranch Brothel with cocaine in his system, the Nye County District Attorney has decided not to press charges against the former NBA champ taking into account his current mental capacity and doctors’ fears that his cognitive state will never be the same.

In addition to the illegal drugs found in his system, Odom had used cocaine and taken up to 10 herbal Viagra supplements.

Odom had checked into the brothel in early October and was taken to a Las Vegaas hospital after employees found him in his room unresponsive with blood and “white stuff” coming out of his nose and mouth.
