Ingredients: 1 pkg. Hillshire Farm Smoked Sausage 2 cups fresh baby carrots 2 sweet potatoes, peeled, cut into 1 inch pieces 1/3 cup packed brown sugar cup water 3 tablespoons honey 2 tablespoons real maple syrup 1/8 teaspoon salt 1 can (8 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained Directions: Cut sausage into 1″ slices; set aside. Place carrots and sweet potatoes in a medium saucepan; cover with water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook 10-15 minutes or until tender; drain. Cook sausage in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat for 4-5 minutes, turning frequently until lightly browned. Add brown sugar, water, honey, syrup and salt to skillet; cook and stir until bubbly. Stir in drained carrots, sweet potatoes and pineapple.
