Diddy and Queen Latifah To Host BET Concert For Haiti
The Hope For Haiti telethon was a triumph of compassion--it raised $66 million to date. Now Queen Latifah, Diddy and Pharell Williams are also hoping the goodwill of strangers will help the people of Haiti. The three will be headliners for the "SOS Saving Ourselves-Help For Haiti" telethon, to air on BET on February 5th. The two-hour benefit concert will feature performances by Mary J. Blige, Keri Hilson, Robin Thicke, Monica and Wyclef, among others.
"Words cannot express how I felt watching the catastrophic events unfold in Haiti," Diddy said in a statement. "I believe it is our duty to come together and help our brothers and sisters in Haiti, especially now, in their greatest hour of need...Together we can make a difference."
