Renaissance woman Debbie Allen is gearing up for her annual Christmas show, The Hot Chocolate Nutcracker, but this year, the famed performance will be broadcast by BET.
Allen will direct and produce the show, which stars Raven-Symoné and Tichina Arnold.
The ballet—a twist on the classic Christmas tale—tells the story of Kara, a girl whose wooden nutcracker comes to life. Tune into BET on Sunday, December 7 at 8 p.m. ET to watch Kara boogie her way through Egypt, Candy Cane Land, Bollywood, Russia, and Jazzland.
