Actor Columbus Short was arrested in Dallas at approximately 2 a.m. Saturday morning for public intoxication.
Dallas police spokesman Warren Mitchell said that Short was picked up by them at the Katy Trail Ice House, a beer garden and restaurant.
This is the latest in a series of law offenses for the former Scandal star. Earlier this year he was arrested after being accused of punching and knocking out a patron at a Los Angeles restaurant.
He also had a restraining order filed against him by his estranged wife Tanee Short shortly after she filed for divorce after nine years of marriage.
