Neal captured the bronze in the 4×100 freestyle relay in London and says she puts herself in the zone by listening to Lil’ Wayne’s “6 Foot, 7 Foot.”
The swimmer also says it didn’t immediately sink in that she won until after the dust settled. She tells ESSENCE.com, “The few changes that I’m still getting used to are the days filled with media, interviews and getting recognized more and more.”
