All the buzz about R&B songstress Elle Varner will finally be realized when her debut album, Perfectly Imperfect, hits stores today.
It’s the moment the 23-year-old has dreamed about her whole life. “The most exciting part,” Varner tells ESSENCE.com, “is just that feeling of ‘Is this going to be my moment? Is this going to be the day?'”
The 11-song debut is filled with “stories that everyone can relate to,” she adds. “Most people have been in love or heartbroken. Those are the kind of things I cover on the album.”
