• Taye Diggs is a one-man army! The actor single-handedly captured an intruder breaking into his garage Sunday night after the SAG Awards. LAPD spokesman Richard French told People, “The suspect tried to run away, but [Diggs] chased him down the street and was able to detain him until police arrived. At this time, I don’t know exactly what he did to the suspect to detain him.” Bail for the suspect is set at $50,000. [People]

• Chris Brown is ready to talk to police about his alleged altercation with Frank Ocean. The singer’s lawyer, Mark Geragos, contacted authorities to give his client a fair opportunity to speak. There’s also surveillance footage showing the two groups fighting but it doesn’t show if Brown or Ocean threw the first punch. [TMZ]
