Coffee Talk: Keyshia Cole Confirms Split from Husband

Keyshia Cole has confirmed that she and her NBA husband Daniel “Boobie” Gibson are separated. During an interview with New York radio station hosts, The Breakfast Club, Cole was asked about her relationship with Gibson in which she responded, “We co-parent.” The star wouldn’t reveal if divorce documents have been filed but said that they still care for each other. [TMZ]

Norm Lewis has been cast as the first African-American to star in the Broadway classic, The Phantom of the Opera. Producers said Thursday that the Scandal alum, who played Olivia Pope’s boyfriend, will make his debut beginning May 12. [EW]

Frank Ocean and Chipotle have settled their differences. A spokesperson for the restaurant chain said that they’ve dropped the lawsuit against Ocean after receiving payment from the singer. [RollingStone]

Solange Knowles has selected one of her instagram followers to star in the campaign for the Girls of Blaze PUMA campaign. The star posted this cute story about model, Tanyell Quian on her instagram account: “I was sitting at a red light when this beauty @tannyfanny came up to my car to say hello. A warrant for the arrest of Anita Baker has been issued in Detroit, Michigan after the “Sweet Love” singer failed to show up for a recent court hearing in a legal battle with a paint and decorating company. She was sued by Ray Smith Painting and Decorating for allegedly failing to pay $15,000 after receiving services for her home. [TMZ]

Sylvia Rhone has been named the President of Epic Records. Epic Chairman/CEO, L.A. Reid announced Wednesday that Rhone will report to and work closely with him in overseeing the management and operations of Epic Records. [HollywoodReporter]
