Grammy winner Chamillionaire is about to make history and it has nothing to do with his rapping skills. He’s been pegged as the co-grand marshal in Houston’s 15th annual Dr. Martin Luther King Grande Parade, according to the parade’s official Web site. Over 300,000 people are expected to attend the event, which will also honor U.S. Congresswoman Sheila Jackson-Lee and Houston City Council Member Peter Brown for their work in various impoverished communities.” The event honors Dr. King and his work by promoting cultural diversity and tolerance among all races.
