The youngest Houston thinks the book is "disrespectful."
Cissy Houston released a book about her late daughter, Remembering Whitney: My Story of Love, Loss and the Night the Music Stopped, last week. But her granddaughter, Bobbi Kristina, is not pleased. In fact, she’s against it.
The youngest Houston took to Twitter to boycott the book saying she refuses to support it and read it. “Anything concerning my grandmother’s book, I and Nick Gordon of course personally have nothing to do with [it],” she tweeted. “I ask you please respect that. I haven’t read [it] and won’t.”
She followed up, “I find it to be disrespectful to my mother and me being her daughter [I] won’t tolerate it. I love you all for your support though and I thank you immensely.”
Cissy’s book touched on a number of pressing issues including Whitney’s drug abuse, Whitney’s relationship with her best friend and executive assistant and her own feelings towards Bobby Brown.
Cissy appeared on Oprah’s Next Chapter last Monday to promote the book and opened up about her daughter’s passing.
