Oliver Clark, the Black man who asked presidential candidates Senators John McCain and Barack Obama the first question at the town hall debate last week in Nashville, was apparently offended when McCain assumed that he had never heard of the mortgage giants Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac until recent news, according to MSNBC. McCain told the college graduate: “You probably never heard of Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac before this.”
Since then Clark has been flooded with questions about how he felt. Reporters have been unlucky with securing an interview, but Clark has responded with a post on his Facebook page, stating that he did know about companies before recent news and detailed a list of his personal accomplishments and degrees.
