“All black everything” has taken on a new meaning with Paper Magazine’s #BlackLivesMatter fashion spread.

In the latest issue of the fashion glossy, fashion maven Shiona Turini (whose worked for CosmopolitanW and CR Fashion Book) teamed up with artist Kehinde Wiley, known for his poignant portraits of Black faces, for a moving look at the beauty of Black people.

In the shoot titled, “Black Light,” Turini styled an all-Black cast of models in pieces from brands run by Black creative directors and designers including Balmain, Yeezy Season 1, Hood by Air, Harbison, Pyer Moss and Karl Kani.

When it comes to the importance of Black Lives Matter Wiley says it’s about focusing on the now.

“Black lives matter because it’s a prescient thing to highlight in this moment of cultural evolution,” Wiley writes in Paper. “But black lives have mattered for thousands of years. My interest is in the now — what does it feel like to be black in 2015?”
