After months of legal depositions, Bill Cosby has been ordered to stand trial for a sexual assault case that was reported in 2004.

CNN reports that Cosby will be on trial for three counts of felony indecent assault stemming from the 2004 case involving Temple employee Andrea Constand, who says that she was drugged and sexually assaulted. If he’s found guilty, Cosby faces up to 10 years in prison.
