The expectant mom says on top of her music career, designing duties at House of Dereon, and her fragrances, now she also wants to launch a record label.

“I am starting my company, my label,” she told the Associated Press at the launch of her “Pulse” fragrance. “I want to create a boy band. I want to continue to produce and do documentaries and music videos. I eventually want to start directing for other artists,” she added.
Bey says her goal is to empower other artists coming up behind her.

And it doesn’t look like a baby will slow the singer down either. “I think I will hopefully be able to bring my little rider with me,” she says.
