Amy Winehouse Was Drug-Free at Time of Death

The results are in from Amy Winehouse’s toxicology results. According to People, no illegal drugs were found in the singer’s body at the time of her death on July 24th.

“Toxicology results returned to the Winehouse family by authorities have confirmed that there were no illegal substances in Amy’s system…” said Chris Goodman, a spokesman for the family. However, results did indicate that alcohol was in her system — though it’s still unclear what caused her death.
