A study done by Northeastern University shows that there is a dramatic rise in African-American teenage homicide in the United States, according to Reuters. Results from the study show that homicides of Black males rose 31 percent between 2002 and 2007. Crimes amongst White teens increased much less. The city of Houston topped the list of the number of Black males arrested for homicides.
