The New Year is officially in full swing, and we’ve made resolutions regarding everything from our relationship to our carb intake. Why not pledge to make some healthy choices that will benefit our hair? Here, we’ve made a list of our top ten hair resolutions for 2010, which we intend to keep (of course, the road to hell was paved with good intentions).
