Monday night, Monica’s crew at Beyoncé’s Atlanta leg of the Formation Tour consisted of her “mini me” Laiyah and Mama Tina Knowles-Lawson.
The “So Gone” songstress shared a video of the three rocking out with a heartfelt thank you addressed to Mama Tina.
“We truly enjoyed tonight… I will never forget when everyone was judging me & my journey, you looked at my arm and said ‘looking at this tattoo I know you know who to depend on,’” wrote Monica. “I’ve never forgotten that moment… my respect and love for you is unwavering. My mini-me REALLY enjoyed!!!”
And she’s not exaggerating. Laiyah was getting it at Beyoncé’s concert! Prior to the night’s festivities, Laiyah had the opportunity to chill with Hov.
