The man allegedly responsible for running down Tameka Raymond’s 11-year-old son Kile Glover with a jet ski last July has been indicted by a grand jury.
Jeffrey Simon Hubbard was arrested Friday morning after a court appearance on Thursday. District Attorney Lee Darragh has charged Hubbard, who was a friend of Raymond’s, with homicide by vessel, serious injury by vessel and reckless operation of a vessel, reports CNN. He is being held without bail.
Glover was riding an innertube on a Georgia lake last summer when Hubbard’s jet ski struck him. After being pronounced brain dead at the hospital, Glover passed away just a few days later on July 21.
Raymond is the ex-wife of singer Usher Raymond.
