Yade and Jermaine Stevenson never thought they’d meet the loves of their lives using online dating, but that’s just what happened when they joined Singlesnet.com. The two tied the knot in a family-oriented celebration on August 7, 2010. Share their love.
Makeup artists Tracy Willoby and Audrey Thompson created Yade’s makeup look. They gave her eyelids a touch of color with blue shadow.
Yade found her simple, haltered wedding gown with sequins in front and a short train at David’s Bridal.
Yade’s bridesmaids helped her into her bridal gown.
All of Yade’s bridesmaids wore long royal blue gowns to stand by their girlfriends at the altar.
Yade’s bouquet incorporated her wedding flowers with white and blue cloth roses.

“Seeing Yade in her dress was more than a treasure, it was priceless,” Jermaine says. “I saw my angel, my queen walking toward me. It was more mesmerizing because she was actually in my face.”
“I pretty much broke down,” Jermaine says of seeing Yade in her wedding dress. “All my masculinity dropped and I got emotional. It was breathtaking.”
’It was fantastic," Yade says of her first kiss with Jermaine. “I thought ’Oh God! We finally did it!”
It’s official! Everybody please welcome Mr. and Mrs. Stevenson.
“It was exciting because I knew that this time would be different,” Yade says of her second marriage. “The first time was a learning experience. This time I felt more comfortable and it felt right.”
Jermaine looks just like his mother who can’t contain her pride on her son’s wedding day.
Yade’s mother couldn’t be more thrilled for her baby girl.

“I like that he’s very motivated and determined to accomplish any goals that he has in mind,” Yade says. “He’s somebody that I can grown with.”
“I knew it was love when it seemed like she crossed every ‘t’ and dotted every ‘i.’” Jermaine says of his new wife. “She helps you better yourself and makes you grow.”
“Sometimes you need that woman to put you on your toes and keep you there,” Jermaine says. “She tells you like it is and she doesn’t sugar coat anything.”
The couple’s blue and white wedding cake was made by Yade’s mother Erma Bush who owns her own baking company.
The dessert was topped with a photo of the happy newlyweds.
“He’s very caring,” Yade says of her new hubby, “he’s very compassionate. He’s spiritual and very grounded in general.”
“I’m looking forward to us being able to bless other people with our love,” Yade says.
