“I like to stick to the basics of weight training,” says the 28-year-old Sagittarius. “It’s all about staying consistent and following a healthy diet 80% of the time. I go to the gym 5 days a week.”

Can you guess three things about Joshua that you wouldn’t expect? “Music was my first love. I have never consumed alcohol or smoked. One of my favorite comedians is very old school, Sinbad.”

Sadly, Joshua is taken and has definitely broken our hearts but he loves his lady love. “Behind every man, there’s a strong, independent woman that helps build their empire,” he says. “Once you have found the one, you keep your hands tight and build.” Amen to that!

“I realized that with real estate you can’t go wrong,” the real estate developer said. “With the proper researching, resources and people around you, sky is the limit.”

“Gym, listening to music and reading are my favorite hobbies.”

In a woman, Josh loves eyes and curves, honesty and confidence.

Even though Joshua is a Brooklyn born guy through and through, he currently resides in Palm Beach County, Florida. “I believe Florida is a state of opportunity. Beautiful weather, beaches and real estate!,” he said.

“We take the most pride in our work,” Josh says as a realtor. “We go above and beyond what’s expected from an average real estate developer. When we finish a project, it’s beautiful and ready for another family to enjoy. We feel that we are upgrading the communities so everyone can live in a charming home.”

“I prefer not to cook but I can be a good sous chef,” he said. “My favorite meal is home made cheese burger with truffle fries.”
