Rev Run is feeling a little nostalgic now that the holidays are upon us.
He decided to celebrate his love for his wife Justine Simmons with some throwback fun on Instagram and we loved every second of it. Rev Run shared a series of photos of past and present moments of his marriage in honor of the one he loves. One of those moments included Justine’s music video for Santa Baby.
The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee dropped some major keys on why their relationship is solid with the other pictures he shared on Instagram:

” My job is to keep our future and hopes and plans in our sight… I pledged on that special day to give my HONEY the moon!! I try with all my might to keep our marriage like the day we met. Dreaming .. Always .. Dreaming!” he shared.

“The [key] Is You gotta make her feel like she’s the most BEAUTIFUL and the most important in your world, ” he revealed.
3. Don’t let other people distract you from what you have built together.
“A truly fly relationship is just two imperfect people who refuse to let anyone at any time or anything get in between,” he shared.
4. Always continue to date each other.
“Date often. Knowing its not how everything looks on the outside. But how you treat her behind closed doors. Knowing that kindness is the ultimate sophistication,” he advised.
