When Brittany met Keith the pro ball player was in pre-season games with the Houston Rockets. Given his “baller” status, we love that they chose to take their love-shoot to the hoop!
For their first date Keith took Brittany to a Houston Rockets game. He treated her to court-side seats, a Kanye West performance, dinner, and drinks with top players like Kobe Bryant and Lebron James later that night.
“Brittany was just so pretty when I first saw her,” says Keith. “She really was the consummate country girl. She was innocent and she had a smile that made me want to see it over and over again.”

Meeting Keith for the first time was surreal for Brittany. “Honestly, it seemed too good to be true,” she says. “I was very intrigued by him and being a small town girl I never thought he’d be interested in me.”

Brittany and Keith are more than ready to take their love to new heights as husband and wife. While dating long distance they often had to make sacrifices to stay close. Brittany says the tough times only solidified what she already knew: they were meant to be.
Keith’s fondest memory of his relationship with Brittany to date is the first time she told him she loved him. “It was meaningful because she stepped out and told me first,” says Keith. “I just remember it feeling so sincere and knowing she really felt that way.”
One of the biggest obstacles Brittany and Keith had to overcome was the long distance between them at times. While she pursued a degree at the University of Texas he pursued his basketball career in Europe.

“After Keith proposed i couldn’t stop looking at the ring,” says Brittany. “I was anxious to share the news with my family so I put together a YouTube video that I used to show everyone what happened.”
There’s a photo of Brittany spinning around and admiring her ring as snow flakes fall from the sky in Moscow. It was taken right after Keith proposed and she smiles every time she looks at it. “Never in my life had I imagined I’d be on the other side of the world when I got engaged,” she shares.
