It’s been exactly one month since singer LeToya Luckett and her husband Tommicus Walker welcomed their daughter Gianna to the world. After taking some time to enjoy the new addition to their family, the couple decided to step out for a proper date night.
LeToya posted a sweet photo of herself and her husband looking blissfully in love. The caption proudly proclaimed them as “Gigi’s parents.”
The couple has recently been letting the world into their journey to parenthood via the VH1 reality show T.I. & Tiny: Friends and Family Hustle – portraying their highs and lows as a married couple trying to blend families. Tommi already has a beautiful daughter named Madison from a previous relationship who, according to the show, was very excited to become a big sister. Little mama even predicted her stepmom was expecting before anyone knew!
The journey to motherhood has been a long time coming for the ex-Destiny’s Child member. During Family Hustle, the singer spoke openly about her difficulties trying to conceive, revealing she had suffered a miscarriage three years ago. Despite a few minor health scares during the pregnancy, baby Gianna arrived safe and sound. “Our lives are forever changed,” LeToya said following her daughter’s birth.
