“I wanted to be in her presence and just see her pretty face, look into her eyes and hear her distinct laugh,” shares Mark.
“Whomever findeth a wife, findeth a good thing,” suggests Imani. “Let’s just say that when he found me, he found a great thing.”
“My parents think he is a great, down to earth guy who complements their daughter well,” Imani shares.
The newly engaged couple will say their “I dos” in lovely Maya Riviera, Mexico this summer.
The lovebirds dated for three years before Mark asked Imani to be his wife. He just couldn’t wait any longer.
“Mark and I enjoy traveling, church, going to concerts, movies, dining at different restaurants and riding on a Segway in downtown Chicago,” Imani shares.
“Although I thought he was handsome, it takes more than physical appearance to qualify loving someone,” says Imani.
“My friends think that he is a good guy, who is kind of quiet, likes to eat and has a great smile,” Imani shares. It sounds like she found herself a real keeper.
