“I definitely felt an instant connection, everything about Jarrell and ‘us’ was so different from anything I’d ever experienced before,” says bride-to-be Chanell. “He was one of the first people that I was so easily able to let in and that wasn’t something that ever happened to me before. We had this chemistry that was unmatched by anyone.”
“He’s the best man for me because I’m 100-percent myself with him, without judgment,” says the bride-to-be. “He brings the best out of me. He pushes me out of my comfort zone and it’s helped me grow as a stronger woman.”
“My mom like the fact that he loves me as much as he does,” Chanell shares. “She thinks that he’s a sweet guy.”
“He got me a beautiful ring,” says Chanell. “He got a halo diamond ring with diamonds all along the band that he picked all on his own.”
“My friends love him,” says Chanell. “They say he brings the best out of me. He’s as silly and goofy as I am.”
Besides her engagement ring, Chanell says the best gift Jarrell ever got her was their first home together. Aww!
“He’s a very sweet person so he’s done a ton of sweet things,” says Chanell. “Jarrell doesn’t typically cook dinner, but one night I came home to a home-cooked, candle lit lobster meal that he made from scratch. I would consider that one of the sweetest things because that’s not his style.”
“After a few months together of learning what his desires were I could see us married with kids,” says Chanell. “Things between us didn’t require work and it came so natural.”
“I knew he was the one,” says Chanell. “Everything about him was what I’ve always wanted in a husband.”
“Honestly, there is nothing I can do with or in front of him that I’m embarrassed by,” says Chanell. “If it’s slightly embarrassing we laugh at it together.”
“While in college I was somewhat untamable and really not looking for a relationship,” says Jarrell. “However, from the moment we met it was as if we were lifelong friends, kindred spirits if you will. Her gorgeous smile and bubbly personality had me smitten.”
“Besides her infectious joyful personality, I love her smile the most,” says Chanell. “Her smile exudes joy. I can’t help but smile when she smiles not matter what mood I am in.”
