Writers Anslem and Starr met through work and patiently watched their friendship grow into true love. They fell in love taking long walks at Brooklyn’s Coney Island so they returned there for their engagement shoot.
Anslem and Starr learned that true love beats all other odds.

The happy couple strap in for a fun ride on the pier.
“Every Friday is date night,” says Starr. “It’s the highlight of our week.”

Smitten from the start, both Anslem and Starr admit they felt real sparks from day one.

“When the weather permits we love to go to Coney Island to stroll the boardwalk or the Brooklyn Promenade to eat fresh ice cream from the Brooklyn Ice Cream factory in DUMBO,” Starr says.
Even in their goofiest moments it’s clear Anslem and Starr share an incredible and nurturing love.
When Anslem proposed to Starr in St. Lucia all she kept saying was, “Oh, my God! Oh, my God! Oh, my God. You don’t even have to say anything!” For her, their bright future together was understood.
These two sure know how to have fun. Lucky for them, love has continued to steer them in the right direction.
