Steamy-eyed heartthrob (and our May cover star) Michael Ealy leads the cast as Dominic, a blue-collar brother trying to woo successful and savvy career woman Lauren, played by actress Taraji P. Henson. He’ll stop at nothing to impress Lauren, including telling a little white lie about his job.
And, yes, ladies, you will get to see this hot hunk, who hails from Silver Spring, Maryland, minus a shirt and wearing a smile more than once during the movie. Plus, he shares a steamy scene with Taraji!
Female fans have been oohing and ahhing over Ealy’s gorgeous blue-grey peepers since his breakout performance as Ricky Nash in Barbershop. You can almost get lost in them, can’t you?
Ealy has had more delicious (and well-acted) roles than we could name in one caption, but if you’re a true fan, you’ll never forget his standout performances in films like Their Eyes Were Watching God, 2 Fast 2 Furious, Miracle at St. Anna, and For Colored Girls.
TV personality and BET’s 106 & Park host Terrence J. shows off his acting chops in the film, playing Michael, actress Regina Hall’s character Candace’s love interest.
We’re looking forward to watching him do his thing on the big screen, but we can’t promise we won’t be a tad bit distracted by Terrence’s pretty pucker. And if his pout doesn’t grab your attention, his rock hard abs will.
Ladies, this Queens, New York native may be easy on the eyes, but for now, you better look away, because he’s officially off limits. He’s presently dating gorgeous model Selita Ebanks, and rumor has it, things are pretty serious.
Actor and music producer Romany Malco adds a little sexiness to the lineup, starring as Zeke, who’s dating Meagan Good’s character Mya. By the end of the movie, you’ll be in love with Zeke just like we were.
The bald and beautiful Malco has been in the business for over a decade, but his memorable starring roles in The 40-Year-Old Virgin and as drug-dealing cutie-pie Conrad on Showtime’s Weeds are what helped his star rise. And by the way, he looks amazing with his shirt off.
Comedic genius Kevin Hart is at the top of his game. He plays Cedric, a recently divorced man who’s fed up with women and has sworn off marriage. Here’s the twist, you’ll never guess who is wife in the movie is. That combination will bring tears of laughter.
Kevin’s wit and humor keep the ladies laughing and are sure to help them forgive his character for keeping it real throughout the film. He’s said that Cedric is really “the voice of all men” in the movie and does some things that will surely make your eyes roll.
Chart topper Chris Brown has been known to dabble in acting here and there, and he’s pretty darn good at it too. He makes a cameo in the film, playing a jerk not worthy of Good’s character’s time and for good reasons.
Look forward to seeing lots of shirtless, sweaty, basketball scenes in the film. The guys team up to turn the tables on their women after they learn they’ve read Steve Harvey’s bestseller Act Like A Lady, Think Like A Man, and they do all their scheming and bonding on the court.
