Holiday proposals are always beautiful, and we just found our first favorite this season.

Meet newly engaged New York City couple Chloe Williams and Jose Duverge, who have given us a Black Friday proposal to remember. Williams thought they were running around Chicago competing to win frequent flyer miles, but the finish line was even sweeter.

Over the Thanksgiving holiday, Duverge planned to propose to Williams, but he wanted it to be a heartfelt surprise, so he staged an elaborate ploy that involved her family, lots of running around her hometown of Chicago and a fake 200,000 frequent flyer miles prize.

On his quest to pop the question, Duverge first traveled to Chicago in advance to ask his bride-to-be's family for their blessing in person. Once he received it, his true mission was on! Duverge created a big scavenger hunt through the city that included some of William's childhood memories.

Thinking she was competing with her family members to score the mother lode of airline points, Williams was in full go-mode throughout the day, sharing the fun challenge in real-time with friends over social media. The last part of their mission was to meet at Chicago's Cloud Gate, and when Williams arrived and saw all of her friends and family there, she immediately realized something was up.

Duverge got down on one knee and asked Williams if he could trade all of him for all of her. (Swoon!) Of course, her answer was yes!

With a proposal this grand, we can't wait to see their wedding day. Congrats on a well-executed plan, Jose, and best wishes to the happy couple!
