And while we’re eagerly tracking her next move, it’s hard to believe there are people not familiar with her wildly-popular makeup brand, Fenty Beauty. However, Charmela Webb found out the hard way that not everyone is a Killawatt Freestyle Highlighter fan.
When the newlywed asked her husband for a Fenty highlighter and brush for the couples anniversary, things didn’t turn out exactly how she expected. After searching high-and-low at numerous drug stores for the requested highlighter, he gave up and brought home Sharpies.
He mistakenly thought his wife wanted old school highlighters and not those of the makeup variety. While we certainly can’t fault him for trying, it certainly did make us laugh out loud.
However leave it up Fenty to correct this innocent blunder. The brand tweeted that they’re, working on getting her the real thing.
