The year 2016 was undoubtedly the year of brightly colored hair. It seemed like nearly every celebrity gave rose or blue-hued hair a try. And while some continued to test out bright colors last year, for the most part, most leapt back into the basics shortly after.

While fuschia can be an intimidating hair color to try, Tamar’s low-cut makes it less intense. However, we think Tamar can pull off any length in this shade.
LisaRaye’s color is the perfect rainbow, with just the right amount of pink. This combination, accented with a soft blue-to-purple color scheme, only adds to the eye-popping color palette.
