Sevyn Streeter is one dynamic woman. In addition to being a talented singer and songwriter who’s penned hits for Chris Brown and Alicia Keys, the “It Won’t Stop” singer also has a big heart.
Sevyn, who will perform in the Superlounge at this year’s ESSENCE Festival, gave a student from Clevland, Ohio the suprise of a lifetime. Clevland radio station Z107.9 asked contestants to enter the #SevynProm contest to win a shopping spree and an opportunity to spend the day with Sevyn Streeter. Sevyn surprised 17-year-old Keyvon of Cleveland Heights High School when she walked into his classroom to crown him the winner.
How cute?
She later performed for the entire school and brought Keyvon along to a local Clevland radio station.
