For the past six years the Natural Hair Academy has created a conference for Black women (with a few men and children also sprinkled in) to gather in celebration of our natural beauty…and more specifically, natural hair. The event — which hosted approximately 4,000 people — always takes place in Paris, France and is both fun and informative. From tutorials to product testing, there is so much to see and do.
I had the pleasure of speaking on a panel at the conference, but before hitting the stage I was able to capture the beauty of some of the women who were in attendance. Here’s a look at some of my favorite moments!
