While fans are mourning the loss of Lakeisha Grant, a character formerly played by La La Anthony on Starz’s hit show Power, the actress has been giving us life after death with her Instagram post.
Sunday, Anthony’s character was killed off in episode 8, “Deal With A The Devil,” and the gory scene left us speechless. Fast forward to now, and we’re still at a loss for words, but only this time, it’s because of Anthony’s fancy fishtail braid ponytail.
Yesterday, the star posted a photo of her decked out ‘do to Instagram, and it made us double-tap, and immediately reach for our hair clips.
Anthony’s stylist bedazzled the plait in sparkly Kitsch bobby pins, proving that hair jewelry can liven up any look.
“Social media may be the biggest reason for the rise of hair accessories as so many images and videos are from the shoulders up,” said Cassandra Thurswell, Founder of Kitsch.
