Since the release of “Songs in A Minor” in 2001, Alicia Keys has been inspiring us with her beautiful braids and ballads. The music video for her new single “Time Machine” is no different.
Keys, who will host the 62nd Annual Grammy’s Award in January, released a nostalgic visual for the feel-good track on Wednesday, and it brought back our teenage memories of the roller rink: swishy tracksuits, hoop earrings, and ponytails. Although, the singer’s hairstylist gave the classic updo a fresh new edit.
In the video Keys sports a floor-length wonder braid ponytail, and trust me, the hairdo looked as incredible as it sounds.
