While 2026 is still in its early months, there have been several shows that have been canceled, some prematurely, and others have just run their course.
Fortunately, shows such as All-American, Bel-Air, The Chi, The Upshaws, and The Neighborhood, were able to play out the entire story arc, and give audiences a proper send-off. However, several shows met an untimely demise, such as Sherri Shepherd’s eponymous talk show, and the Vince Staples Show, which lasted two seasons on Netflix.
From 106 & Sports to Hotel Costeria, here’s a list of all the shows cancelled in 2026 up to now.
106 & Sports
BET+ officially canceled 106 & Sports on February 18, the sports-focused spinoff of 106 & Park, after just one eight-episode season.
Sherri
The syndicated daytime talk show Sherri, hosted by Sherri Shepherd, has been canceled after four seasons, with its final episodes set to air through the fall.
The Vince Staples Show
Rapper and actor Vince Staples’ brainchild, The Vince Staples Show, was cancelled earlier this month after its sophomore season on Netflix.
Hotel Costiera
After one season, Prime Video decided to nix the Jesse Williams-led series, Hotel Costiera.
Basketball Wives
Last month, Shaunie Henderson announced that Basketball Wives is coming to an end after 12 seasons and 15 years on the air.
