Tamera Mowry debuted a new curly cut on her Instagram feed today! A few weeks ago, the actress posted a picture of herself, lamenting that her curls had been heat damaged. Looks like she decided to trim away the fried strands at Capella Salon in California, at the hands of "Curl Doctor" hairstylist Shai Amiel. The result is a short, chic version of her natural waves!
