We want to personally thank Lance Gross’s mother for giving birth to such a beautiful man on July 8, 1981.
“Today is Thursday, July 8, the 189th day of 2010,” Gross tweeted today. “My Born day! There are 176 days left in the year!”
Gross first stepped on the scene in 2006, starring in “The Bernie Mac Show” and “Eve” as well as a number of music videos for Rihanna, Solange Knowles, Mariah Carey, Letoyah Luckett and more.
Lance soon landed a roll in the Tyler Perry movie “Meet the Browns” and snagged a spot on the similar sitcom “Tyler Perry’s House of Payne.”
It wasn’t long before Lance Gross fell for former “Top Model” Eva Marcille. The couple got engaged on December 31, 2008.
In February Gross won an NAACP Image Award for “Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series” for his role in “Tyler Perry’s House of Payne.”
Just months before their wedding day, in March, 2010 Lance and Eva announced their split in an exclusive statement on ESSENCE.com.
Here they are during happier times at the premier of “Our Family Wedding.”
Lance stayed busy this Spring attending different events. Here, he rocks a light cardigan at the premiere of TV One’s “LisaRaye, The Real McCoy.”
Lance partied it up at Trojan’s Magnum Live Large event. Are you trying to tell us something, Lance?
Lance Gross just makes the red carpet look better doesn’t he? The actor showed up to Bing’s Celebration of Creative Minds at BOA Steakhouse in West Hollywood, Calif. on June 22, 2010. Thanks Lance.
Gross most recently drew fans to the blogosphere when he was spotted holding hands with a new lady.
