Great Beauty: Frosty Lids

We're only a couple week into 2011, but already a huge trend has surfaced: Frosty eyeshadow! Pale silvers and shimmery whites have been showing up on red carpets and runways all over the world--and it's fair to say, we're obsessed. The pale hues act as a highlighter, brightening up brown skin and giving it a radiant glow. But a little goes a long way! Simply dust a pale, shimmery hue from lashes to crease, and then apply two coats of mascara for definition. Need inspiration? Check out our favorite frosty-eyed celebs, from Jada Pinkett Smith to Jennifer Hudson.
