Twenty-nine-year-old Canadian fitness expert, David Moore, is the founder of Moore Fit Living, and a workout enthusiast. His wildly popular Facebook fan page has helped catapult him from local success to national recognition.

Based out of Vancouver, B.C, certified personal trainer Moore is a perfectly chiseled 6-foot, 3-inch heartthrob who weighs in at 260 pounds. Excuse us while we fan ourselves. Boy, oh boy – this man means business.

Moore didn’t achieve a body this fabulous overnight. He has been committed to a fit and healthy lifestyle and strength training since his high school days. Nowadays, he works out four days a week for an hour a day.

“I’ve always been into fitness,” says Moore, who doesn’t mess around when it comes to his diet and workout routine. “Now it’s just second nature for me to eat right and workout.”

“My family keeps me motivated,” says Moore, who is a new father to a 20-month-old daughter. “She’s my motivation. I just try to set a good example for her. Everything for her is organic. Fatherhood is everything to me. Having my daughter just really gives me new motivation for success."

For the last seven years, Moore has worked with private clients in Canada one-on-one to help them achieve their ultimate fitness goals, and now, he hopes to continue to expand his reach into the U.S. and beyond.

Moore doesn’t believe in fad diets or fast weight loss tips. His program is a lifestyle change. “It’s all about healthier choices, period," he says. "It’s about being faced with a decision and making smarter choices."

“I want to help people actually have real knowledge and skills they can use to live their best life,” Moore says.

The right workout track is a must-have when you’re headed to the gym. “Right now, my favorite workout song is by DJ Drama, and it’s called ‘My Moment’ featuring 2 Chains and Meek Mills,” Moore tells us.

“I love a woman’s eyes,” Moore admits. “But, ultimately, I love a motivated woman that I can have a real conversation with because, at the end of the day, that’s what’s going to keep me there.”

“I really look up to my older brother,” says Moore, who is the middle brother of three. “Throughout my life, he has helped me a lot and set so many good examples. We were born in a sports household, so between the three of us, it has been competitive from jump. Both my brothers played collegiate football in the states.”

When it comes to friends, Moore says he has chosen only the best. “Where I’m at in my life right now, I need friends who are not only fun to be around, but who can inspire and motivate me too,” he says. “An  thankfully, that’s what I have now. From them, I always get some valuable advice.”

“Five years ago, I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease,” says Moore. “It’s a huge motivation in my life. I’m still thriving physically, so I want to be there to help those who are going through similar situations.”

“My mindset is that I’m not going to let anything stop me,” says Moore. “I’m stronger than I’ve ever been in my entire life right now, so I’m not going to change anything. Instead I will just continue to move forward and live each day the best way I can.”

David's ultimate goal is to impact the world of health and fitness "the way Tony Robbins has done in the world of motivational speaking." He plans to continue to host bootcamps and training, but soon hopes to extend his reach even further by inspiring those whose lives can be saved with weight loss. Say hello to David below, ladies!
