Tracy Morgan has spent a year recovering from injuries that he sustained in a serious car accident last year, but he is ready to return to his roots. Police have arrested Lamar Davenport for the death of E’Dena Hines, his girlfriend and the step-granddaughter of Morgan Freeman. Hines was found stabbed on Sunday morning outside of her Manhattan apartment, and she died at a nearby hospital. According to a witness, Davenport appeared to be attempting an exorcism, reportedly casting out devils as he repeatedly stabbed Hines. Police say that Davenport was on drugs at the time of the attack. [NY Post]
