Tamika Fuller, the mother of Ludacris' daughter Cai, has started a GoFundMe account in an effort to regain custody of their 1-year-old. Fuller lost custody of her daughter to Ludacris earlier this year and has only been granted visitation rights. After being denied a new custody trial, she penned an open letter saying she felt "powerless" against Ludacris who she feels has the advantage of money and industry influence that favored him in court.

John Legend is taking action against America's prison problem by launching a multi-year initiative called FREE AMERICA to bring an end mass incarceration in the United States.

"We have a serious problem with incarceration in this country," Legend said "When you look deeper and look at the reasons we got to this place, we as a society made some choices politically and legislatively, culturally to deal with poverty, deal with mental illness in a certain way and that way usually involves using incarceration."
