Hillary Clinton announced her bid for the 2016 U.S. Presidency on Sunday and she already has major support behind her. In addition to getting a thumbs up from President Obama, actress Kerry Washington has also openly endorsed Clinton. 

"I’m very thrilled. I’m excited for her, and I’m sure I’ll be hitting the stump trail," Washington said. [ET Online]

How far are you willing to go to end police brutality? The Justice League of NYC are willing to walk for 250 miles in protests of the increase in police killings of unarmed Black men. Protesters will walk from New York to Washington D.C. as part of the eight-day "March 2 Justice." The demonstration begins in Staten Island, the borough where Eric Garner died after being put into an illegal chokehold by an NYPD officer. They are expected to arrive at the capital on April 21. SNL star Kenan Thompson doesn't think there's anything funny about Bill Cosby or his sexual assault allegations. Thompson spoke to students at the Universityof Pittsburgh and shared a story of working with Cosby on the film Fat Albert. 

“So Cosby pulled me aside and said that after the movie comes out, it’ll be so hard to keep the women off you, you’ll need two dicks," Thompson said. He went on to say Cosby transformed from his source of comedic influence into a monster who should go to jail. [Complex]

Ice-T and Coco are coming back to TV with an all-new daytime talkshow, Ice & Coco. The show will cover topics of the day including Hollywood news and will feature celebrity guests, fun segments, games, interviews all presented in a fun, authentic vibe by the husband-and-wife team.

"We see this as another attempt to do something different. Ice-T helped change popular culture. We're trying to do the same thing for daytime," said Frank Cicha, senior VP of programming for FOX. The show is set to premier August 3. [The Grio]
