Kevin Hart must be getting in shape for ESSENCE Festival! The ESSENCE Fest headliner surprised his Atlanta fans by inviting them to join him on on a 5K run at Piedmont Park. Hart, who was in town for a two-night gig, tweeted out his running path and encouraged runners to "challenge" themselves. About 100 runners showed up to jog alongside the comedian. Bill Cosby is still dealing with his legal stickiness, but a federal judge has granted him a delay in three lawsuits from alleged sexual assault victims. The women, who all claim that Cosby defamed them after he denied sexually assaulting them in the 1970s, requested that a judge unseal records from a previous lawsuit against Cosby to help them with their case. However, a federal judge has put their request on hold until a Massachusetts court decides whether the women's defamation claims are justified. [Billboard]
