“My wedding dress was an ivory Tara Keely gown,” says the bride. “I did some searching myself to get an idea of what I liked and to learn the bridal dress lingo. I really recommend that because I was less overwhelmed and had in my mind what I wanted when I went shopping with my family.”

The bridesmaids’ shantung silk Dessy dresses complemented them divinely. “I looked longer for a bridesmaid dress than a wedding dress,” says Brittany. “I really wanted one dress for everyone, and I wanted a style that complemented multiple body types since my friends are all different shapes. I ended up loving a strapless dress with a full skirt, mainly because of the beautiful shade of purple it came in.“
