Nominated in four categories: Video of the Year, Best Female Video, Best Pop Video, Best Choreography, and Best Editing—phew! Queen Bey kills the game again with this barely-there makeup look. We all wish we could wake up like this and spend the day dancing with our girls in a penthouse suite. To get the look, focus on balmy lips, bushy brows and tousled hair—dice are optional. New to the scene, FKA Twigs is defintely an artist to watch.  With full brows, bitten lips and intricate baby hair, she's nailed a beauty look that straddles the line of futuristic and nostalgic perfectly.

Want to copy her look? Tame those baby hairs, fill in your brows and draw attention away from your arch, and finish by highlighting the high points of your face—cheekbones, forehead, Cupid's bow—skipping the bridge of the nose. Complete the look by smudging your liner and lining your lower water line with a metallic liner; and add a berry stain on the lips.
